This website does not operate a contact form or customer account system. If you email Richards Device Repair, the information in your message may include your email address, device details, photographs, fault history and anything else you choose to provide.

Information is used to understand and respond to your enquiry, assess whether the work may be suitable, prepare or discuss a quote, arrange a handover and communicate about agreed repair work.
