How it works

A repair process built around informed approval.

No two faults are identical. A consistent process creates room to diagnose the actual problem, explain the options and avoid starting work you have not approved.

01

Initial enquiry

Send the useful details first.

Email the device make and model, a clear description of the fault, when it began and any drop, spill, surge or previous repair. Add clear photos when there is visible damage.

02

Assessment

Separate symptom from cause.

The device is inspected and the reported behaviour is considered. Where practical, testing is used to narrow the fault and determine whether repair makes sense.

03

Quote and approval

Understand the option before deciding.

The proposed work and known cost are provided before the repair proceeds. Where parts, board condition or recovery outcomes remain uncertain, those limits are stated.

04

Repair and testing

Complete the agreed work, then check it.

The approved repair is completed and relevant functions are tested. Collection or return arrangements are then confirmed using the same email conversation.

Clear boundaries

What the process does not assume.

These points protect the quality of the advice and keep expectations realistic.

01

No diagnosis from a symptom alone

A blank screen, charging fault or shutdown can have more than one cause.

02

No repair outcome guaranteed

Liquid damage, board work and data recovery carry uncertainty that cannot be removed by marketing language.

03

No unapproved expansion

If the practical repair changes materially, the new information should be discussed before continuing.
